Insull Plus:TM is a trademark design for a new brand and a new product. Insull Plus:TM is a breathable Polyethylene. Polyethylene is a plastic material, it
can be manufactured in flexible soft plastic sheets. Insull Plus:TM is opaque or it could be manufactured to have a pink or green transparent color to it. Insull Plus:TM will be used in houses and other structures, in combination with spun fiberglass, in the
ceiling adjacent to attics and ceiling that are a part of truss roofs that have insulation and adequate ventilation. Some types of spun fiberglass insulation, look a lot like (PINK) cotton candy.
Depending
on where you live, and in particular colder parts of North America and around the World you’ll need an adequate R-Value of insulation. Typical recommendations for attics and ceilings to the exterior is R-40 to R-55. R stands for resistance to heat &
air flow. The higher the R-Value, the greater the insulating power and resistance to heat & air flow. Spun fiberglass has about a R 3 value per inch deep, R-40 is about 12 inches thick of spun fiberglass and R-55 is about 18 inches of spun fiberglass.
The R value of the insulation is increased with the use of Insull Plus:TM . Because of the added resistance to heat and air flow , by using Insull Plus:TM , the cost to heat a house or other structure is reduced by a significant amount.
Insull Plus:TM slows the heat & air flow in an area and this increases the insulating factor of the spun fiberglass in that area. Insull Plus:TM can be made in a number of different thicknesses, 6 mm but also
4 mm or 2mm , that will retail in roles of various widths and lengths. Insull Plus:TM has 1.2 square inch holes in the Polyethylene sheeting cut every square foot. The holes are spaced every 12 inches apart, vertical and horizontally in the Polyethylene
sheeting . When applied and layered to an area along with spun fiberglass the R-value of the fiberglass is increased , considerably, over not using Insull Plus:TM
Insull Plus:TM is similar to
traditional soft Polyethylene sheeting plastic, as it is flexible and can be folded or rolled for retail sales. Insull Plus:TM comes in various thicknesses from 2mm to 4mm, 6mm and various widths and lengths. The trademark design of Insull Plus:TM
has a new feature added to Polyethylene sheeting plastic . A new design to improve the insulating factor of the spun fiberglass when Insull Plus:TM is applied with the fiberglass. The new design in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed
from traditional soft Polyethylene sheeting plastic to the trademark design, titled Insull Plus:TM are defined as follows in the paragraphs #1 to # 4:
[#1] Insull Plus:TM is a traditional
soft polyethylene sheeting plastic wherein Insull Plus:TM is a trademark design for a new type of soft Polyethylene sheeting plastic that has 1.2 square inch holes in the polyurethane sheeting cut every square foot. The holes are spaced every
12 inches vertical and horizontally in the polyurethane sheeting.
[#2] Insull Plus:TM as set forth in paragraphs # 1 wherein Insull Plus:TM comes in various thicknesses from 2mm to 4mm to 6mm
and various widths and lengths, and adds more restriction to the flow of air and heat from a given insulated area.
[#3] Insull Plus:TM as set forth in paragraphs # 1 and #2 wherein Insull Plus:TM
is applied in combination with the spun fiberglass layers used in houses and other structures in the ceiling adjacent to attics and ceiling that are a part of truss roofs, with insulation. [A layer of 6 inches of spun fiberglass then a layer of Insul Plus:TM
then another layer of spun fiberglass then another layer of Insull Plus:TM , and so on.]
[#4 ] Insull Plus:TM as set forth in paragraphs # 1 and #2 and #3 wherein Insull Plus:TM improves the insulating
factor [R-Value] of the spun fiberglass [or other insulation] when Insull Plus:TM is applied with the fiberglass. .Insull Plus:TM will allow water vapor and other gases that are in a given area to evaporare or escape to the outside air.
FIELD OF THE TRADEMARK DESIGN:
This trademark design relates generally to traditional soft Polyethylene sheeting plastic , used for applications
such as: insulation of refrigerators or freezers. vapor barrier for building insulation and some cushioning in furniture.

Urban Towergarden:TM
Patent Filed.
The Urban Towergarden is a vertical garden apparatus . It enables people with a deck or patio to grow their own food, and also turns their food waste into nutrient rich fertilizer. Our target market includes city dwellers living in apartments or condos with patios, particularly baby boomers who are downsizing, individuals living in senior homes, institutions such as schools and correctional facilities as well as cruise ships, nursing homes and housing co-operatives.
There will be 3 models, a 3 foot by 1 foot square model titled "Butterfly" [no composter] ,a 3 sided model titled "Bumblebee" and a 4 foot high by 24 inch square model titled "Humming Bird" and it has 50 lineal feet of planting shelves. Urban Towergarden: TM "kit" is an integral part of the Urban Towergarden design. The entire Kit snaps together with interlocking panels. There are some direct competitors, but no other vertical garden comes in 'KIT" form. The wheels on our 4 foot high product also make it easy to move when in use, and it can be rotated to provide the plants with optimal sun exposure. We believe there is remarkable potential for our product, and as a social enterprise we have social and environmental benefits. We are operating as a social enterprise with a hybrid business model because our product will produce both social value and commercial revenue. Our social objective is to encourage more people to grow their own fruits, vegetables and/or herbs instead of purchasing produce that has travelled many kilometers for consumption. In addition to reducing carbon emissions by eliminating the supply chain, growing your own food ensures the food you eat is fresh, healthy and organic. Furthermore, the internal vermicomposting component helps reduce food waste by recycling your food scraps into nutrient rich soil. The Urban Towergarden will be particularly appealing to people living in urban areas because it can easily be set up on a deck or patio. It is also well suited for seniors and other individuals with physical limitations, and could be used at schools to help children learn about growing vegetables and composting food. The Urban Towergarden comes in kit form, comprised of assembling instructions and the pieces. It is easy to construct and disassemble for easy transport, and all the components are flat for convenient storage.
Industry Profile and Trends Societies around the world are starting to understand the negative consequences of conventional agricultural practises. The “Green Revolution” was successful in feeding a growing global population, but not without dire environmental impacts and health implications to people and animals. There is a growing trend to become a more ‘conscious consumer’ and reduce our environmental footprint by supporting local farmers. Our product enables anyone to become a farmer by providing them with a vertical garden apparatus to grow the plants they choose in a small space, such as a patio or deck. The inner vermicomposting system provides rich nutrients for your plants so you can grow healthy organic fruit, vegetables, and/or herbs without the use of chemical fertilizers. Urban gardening is not a new phenomenon, in times of past economic hardship citizens were encouraged to grow their own food. During both the World Wars homeowners in cities were encouraged to transform lawns and flowerbeds into “Victory Gardens” to supplement the food supply. In North America, this last decade has experienced a resurgence in urban gardening. Urban gardening has been particularly important within American cities that were hit hard by the 2008 financial crisis. Communities referred to as urban food deserts have limited access to grocery stores that carry fresh fruits and vegetables. This has motivated many communities to start growing their own food. Some Canadian cities also have urban food deserts. For example, in a study published in the International Journal of Health Geographic, researchers found that the number of residents who had easy access to a supermarket has dropped from 75 per cent to 20 per cent over 40 years . If more people are able to grow their own produce this will help increase their food security and long term resilience. Urbanization is a global trend and city population will continue to increase, creating even more demand for garden plots. Although community gardens are important for building social capital, people should not have to wait for a plot to be able to grow their own food. By providing an affordable alternative to a plot, the Urban Towergarden can help provide people in apartments a space to grow their own food. A rising interest in city gardening has also lead to an increase of gardening apparatuses on the market. Even Ikea has recently released open-source blueprints for building a large DIY spherical gardening apparatus called the Grow Room, and have started selling tiered indoor gardening units and gardening supplies. Other vertical gardening products are on the market, but none of them come in kit form.
